    1. Acceptance of Terms

    By accessing or using AI Zappify, a product of Zappify.io (operated under the registered business name ZAPPIFY.IO DIGITAL MARKETING SERVICE, a Philippine sole proprietorship), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

    2. Service Description

    AI Zappify is an AI-powered marketing automation and business software platform providing CRM, email marketing, social media management, appointment booking, customer communication, workflow automation, funnels, and related digital business tools.

    3. Subscriptions and Billing

    AI Zappify offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, paid plans (Starter, Growth, and Custom) are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis. Billing begins when your trial converts to a paid subscription. All fees are billed in advance for the upcoming billing period.

    You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

    4. Acceptable Use

    You agree not to:

    • Use the platform for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
    • Attempt to access, disrupt, or compromise the platform's security
    • Resell or redistribute the platform without authorization
    • Send spam or unsolicited communications through the platform
    • Use the platform to violate the rights of any third party

    5. Intellectual Property

    AI Zappify, including its software, design, branding, and content, is the property of Zappify.io. You retain ownership of the content and data you upload to the platform. By using the platform, you grant Zappify.io a limited license to process your data solely to provide the services.

    6. Limitation of Liability

    AI Zappify is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Zappify.io shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid in the preceding 12 months.

    7. Account Termination

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

    8. Governing Law

    These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
